With our tools, you can easily attach your Scratch no More products to your furniture and regularly maintain your chair leg caps. This ensures long-lasting, optimal protection against scratches.

Scratch no More calliper: good preparation is half the work

Before you can install and maintain your chair leg caps, it’s important to determine the right furniture glider for your chair legs. This starts with accurate measurements to ensure the gliders fit perfectly and function properly. A calliper allows you to measure outer dimensions, inner dimensions, and depths with great precision—much more accurately than a tape measure or ruler. For example, with a calliper, you can measure the exact diameter of a tube, pin, or screw.

Our calliper, made of plastic, measures distances from 0 to 15cm and is therefore ideal for accurately measuring small objects. How to easily attach the Scratch no more furniture glides

Have you found the right furniture glides? All the Scratch no More glides are designed for easy installation, even without technical knowledge. Depending on the type and material of the chair legs, there are various attachment methods such as screws, clamps, adhesive, and so on. Our Minifixx and Multifixx, for example, can be sticked onto steel and metal, provided the surface is properly degreased. We also sell alcohol wipes to degrease the surfaces.

The Scratch no More Chairfixx is suitable for cantilever chairs with a round tube frame. If the round tube does not have drill holes, you can install the Chairfixx without the pin. To ensure that the Chairfixx does not slide or shift when moving the chair, you can use double-sided tape between the Chairfixx and the chair. Our 1mm thick double-sided foam tape is ideal if the size of your chair tube is not available. In that case, you can choose the next available size of Chairfixx, and the difference can be bridged with small pieces of the tape between the Chairfixx and the chair.
