This glide is specially designed for the design chairs OMG and Fourteen Up by Zuiver and replicas of these chair models. Please contact us if you have a different type of chair with legs at an angle greater than 30 degrees.

Please note: Ensure that the base part is mounted correctly. The base part must be level with the floor.

Please note that our glides require occasional maintenance.

Please follow the steps below in order to mount the Fortyfixx:

• Remove the current plastic end cap from the chair leg.
• Insert the base part into the tubular leg as far as possible. Ensure that the bottom side is positioned level with the floor.
• Click the glide foot onto the base part until it locks into place. Check once again if it is standing on the ground flatly.
