Exchange and return

 

Is the product you ordered not what you expected, or is the size incorrect? No problem! You can easily return your products.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

How to request a return:
Email us at info@scratchnomore.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return postage
Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If there’s a problem, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order number.
We will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your refund is processed.
