Track & Trace
After placing your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to track your delivery.
On the delivery day, you will receive a message with the planned delivery time.
If the package fits in your mailbox, you don’t need to be at home.
Not at Home During Delivery?
If you’re not home during delivery, no problem! The delivery service will leave a message with further instructions, such as:
- Picking up your package from a neighbour
- Scheduling a new delivery attempt
- Collecting it from a pickup point

- Always check your Track & Trace for the most up-to-date information first.
- If the Track & Trace doesn’t help, you can contact the carrier directly through the ‘Contact’ button in the Track & Trace.
